Scrap Your Scale 2014 (5:54)
The Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders (ACE), in partnership with the Eating Disorders Information Network (EDIN), sponsored this lively “scale-scrapping” event on March 10 at Gotta Dance. Participants were invited to bring their scales, get creative and destroy them together. The resulting scraps were made into a sculpture to symbolize the freedom experienced from going “sans scale.” All proceeds from corporate sponsor pledges were donated to Feeding America.
