Do Rescue 5 Day Detox Pills Work: Detailed Review & Tips

Rescue Detox 5 Day Permanent reviews are really common because of its popularity, and they will all tell you how great this short course of detox pills can be.

So let’s take a look in detail about the truth around these detox pills. Do they work?

To answer that question, I’m going to tell you that my own experiences with Rescue 5 Day Detox pills, and how I used them alongside a natural detox and tested my progress using home drug test kits.

Alongside giving you full Rescue 5 Day Detox directions, I’m also going to tell you what the results were, and the alternative strategy I had, just in case it didn’t work.

What Is Rescue 5 Day Full Body Detox?

Rescue Detox 5 Day Permanent reviews were what led me to try this full-body detox course. I had a job interview coming up, and I had a course of these pills available. They are only $60, and I bought them to try a few months previously, but couldn’t be bothered to start a natural detox.

So that’s what this Rescue 5 Day Detox review is going to be, a personal one about how they worked for me, plus an alternative strategy I often use.

Rescue 5 Day Detox is a really popular course of detox pills, both because of the price, and the reviews saying how well they work. But there’s one important thing you need to know before you start using them…

The Truth About Detox Pills

That thing you need to know is the truth about detox pills generally: they are not miracle pills that you just pop and the drug toxins drop out of you. You can’t keep smoking weed, you can’t keep taking drugs, pop a few pills, and then pass a drug test.

You have to do a natural detox for as long as possible. At least for the duration of the course, and preferably for as many days before you start the course as possible.

Let’s take chronic weed smoking (daily) as an example.

It could take you a month to get permanently clean using a natural detox. For most people, it’s far less, a couple of weeks. If you are a light smoker, or you do coke a couple of times a week, then it could only take you a week to get clean naturally, and using detox pills, far less time.

But the more time you can devote to being completely free of drug toxins before the start of the course, and obviously during it, the better.

Detox pills are not a miracle solution, they can be hard work, but they do work because they definitely speed up the elimination of toxins far more than naturally. But how much?

Rescue 5 Day Detox Directions

Before I tell you how well Rescue 5 Day Detox pills work, I want to give you the full Rescue 5 Day Detox directions I used:

  1. The day before you start the main five day pill course, take the “quick start” pills with 32 oz of water. I’d take these early in the day, and then drink plenty of water afterward, to give you the best chance of flushing out as many toxins as possible before you sleep.
  2. Over the five main days using Rescue 5 Day Full Body Detox, you take six pills in the morning, and six pills in the evening. Again, I take those first thing in the morning, and first thing in the evening with 32 fluid ounces of water, so you stand the best chance of flushing out as many toxins as possible before you sleep. Also, it means you won’t go to sleep with a full bladder.
  3. The day after you complete the main five day course, you take the pack of finishing capsules with water as well. Again, do this early in the day, and drink plenty of water throughout the rest of the day.
  4. On the day of your test, which I’m hoping you will time as close to the end of the main five day course as possible, take the eight ICE capsules with 32 fluid ounces of water, and then urinate as frequently as possible. You should then be clean to take any type of urine sample drug test.

Are Rescue Detox Reviews Right?

So the key question is: are Rescue Detox 5 Day Permanent reviews correct? Does this stuff really work?

Well, for me it did. I’m a daily weed smoker, and I stopped smoking a couple of days before I started the course of pills. I did a natural detox as well, ate well, exercised, sweated a lot, and stopped drinking alcohol, and I was clean by the end of the course.

But take a look here, it’s not really a five day detox at all. You’re taking pills over eight days. Which means unless you’re a really chronic smoker, or unlucky, then eight days using this permanent detox kit will definitely be enough.

In fact, I showed as clean the day before my test, before I even took the ICE capsules. I took them the day of my test, tested with another home kit, and I was still negative.

So for me, the Rescue 5 Day full body detox is definitely one you should consider if you have at least a week before your drug test. For just $60, (you can buy them that great price here), but they are a great value, as long as you do the hard work of a natural detox alongside them.

Alternatives To Rescue 5 Day Detox Pills

Ultra eliminex reviewIf you want to be permanently clean, or you are facing a supervised drug test, then a course of detox pills alongside a natural detox is the most powerful solution you have. As long as you follow the Rescue 5 Day Detox instructions, you should be fine, as long as you stop taking in toxins.

But if you don’t have the time, or you simply can’t face at least a week toxin free, then your only option is to use detox drinks.

The ICE capsules you get with Rescue 5 Day Detox acts like a detox drink. But they aren’t as powerful as a proper one.

A detox drink works by flushing out the toxins in your bladder only. As it does this, it injects a high volume of nutrients, minerals, and vitamins, into your body that means that your body doesn’t process them all because it suddenly has an influx of more than it needs.

So they appear in your bladder, giving your urine a natural balance, rather than showing as a diluted, flushed out a sample.

Even if you want to use Rescue 5 Day Detox pills, I’d still buy a detox drink, something powerful like Rescue Cleanse or Ultra Eliminex, as an insurance policy, so the on the day of your test if you fail a home drug test kit still, you have another strategy to use.
